| Making A Purchase To make a purchase just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. | Shipping And Handling To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we send fragile items via careful, door-to-door delivery services. We do not normally deliver outside the UK. Please ensure that someone is available to help the driver take delivery of bulky or heavy goods. |
| Delivery Schedule The cost of delivery will depend on the products you order, and can be seen in the Basket page. If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas warehouse shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. You will be given further information about this before you place your order. Please note all orders will incur a delivery charge, which will be shown in your basket prior to checkout. N.B. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however in cases of unexpected delay please do not book your installer until goods have been safely received, complete and in perfect condition. |

| Guarantee All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months by the Manufacturer. On some products there is an extended guarantee, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product's description. Extended guarantees are subject to the Manufacturers terms and conditions. All product guarantees cover parts only or as the Manufacturers terms and conditions imply. Your statutory rights are not affected. |

| Returns Policy Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing or if this is not possible sign the proof of delivery note as 'Unchecked'. You must inform us in writing (by post or email) within 48 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged goods if you do not inform us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims for damaged goods outside this period will not be allowed. Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. Please call us to arrange return of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Please note the money back guarantee does not apply to special goods supplied to order. |
| Remittance Terms While we make every endeavour to ensure all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Once an order is placed we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered.
